Red Velvet Cake {Guest post by Cupcakes with Sprinkles!}

Hey, its Meghan from Cupcakes With Sprinkles! I am so excited to be here at Sawdust and Embryos again this month! Its February and I feel like the color red is taking over my life. My girls want to cut out red hearts and put them up all over the house all day long. Not to mention my Valentines decorations, and it adds up to a lot of red. So keeping with the theme, I thought I would add a little more red to your February. A moist, crumbly, sweet red velvet cake.

 Ready, here we go! Gather all the things we'll need...

In a medium bowl, whisk your eggs...

Add in the rest of the wet ingredients...

And whisk until combined...

In a separate bowl combine the dry ingredients...

Whisk well...

Add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and whisk until just combined. Pour into your prepared pans and bake for 28-30 minutes...

Let cool completely and frost with your favorite cream cheese frosting and enjoy!!
