Psycho Backdrop

Remember the movie Psycho? I don't. I can't watch scary movies because they give me nightmares. Truly.

But the clinic (where I very occasionally and sporadically work) recruited me to paint a backdrop for their upcoming 65 Anniversary Gala (seriously, people still use the word gala?) AT which the theme is apparently horror movies. I was happy to oblige, because I can use all the hours I can get. And who doesn't love painting? Especially on a wrinkly bed sheet?!  And it forced me to get my big-ol' twin-pregnant self up and put some pants on for once.

Cell phone progress photo:

Final product! Bed sheets are now joining area rug and curtains in my bizarre painting portfolio!

My back hurt SOOOOO bad after this adventure. I might be calling it quits until after the girls... graduate.

amanda, i can't find a stock photo of the original star wars image. and without seeing the pic, my backdrop just looks like a big speedometer. :) that's why i didn't put it on.
