This was a super easy furniture update, but I think it makes a dramatic difference. Instead of sitting next to your grandma's davenport, it now has a fresh, modern look to it... and the clean white lines could go with just about any decor! (as long as you don't mind a little pop of orange! I know I don't).
At some point during every furniture transformation, one of us says to the other... "this one we should keep."
And then we don't.
Because we're saving for something far more important.
Carrie, you forgot one of your plants at our house. (I used it for staging) ...And we have some of your mail, including DEXTER! Pow wow soon.
Love it!!! Love that you said "Grandma's davenport" : )

Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! I have an end table very similar to this that has been taking up space in my garage for two years, but I can't bring myself to get rid of it because yes, it was my Grandmother's. I now know what I am going to do with it, and I am SO EXCITED!!!
ReplyDeletethis is a really beautiful transformation. You have a really good eye for design. I would have thrown the "before" end table to the curb. But I love love love it now.
ReplyDeleteLOVE your re-purposed furniture! I wish that I had your creativity! Is this cute little table for sale and what would you be asking? Thanks and seriously....love your stuff!
